A person may not play PFHA hockey who is younger than 18 years of age. For individuals who are 18 years of age or older may play PFHA provided they are not an active member of a High School team or currently plays collegiate field hockey.
Male players are welcomed to play in PFHA Spring League but not the Fall League. There is a maximum of two male field players on the field at all times, not including the goalie.
